“What a gem of a place. We were running late and worried we wouldnt find accommodation for the night. Arrived and was met with a lovely lady. Very friendly and happy to accommodate us. Room was very clean , comfortable and had all we needed. Location was perfect. We booked for one night but after having such a good sleep in that comfortable bed... we booked another night . Lovely surprise with how quiet the place goes once the sun goes down. We will return..and stay longer next time.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here during my trip to Sheffield. Cannot fault this place at all! Staff were very friendly and acknowledged your presence. They were very accommodating and helpful even when reception hours were closed. They stayed onsite and were receptive to our needs. The accommodation itself was comfortable, tidy and contained everything you needed for your stay. Loved that some of the rooms even had a jet spa. The green space and bbq area were immaculate and enticed us to eat outdoors every night. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Cradle Mountain.”

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel even more special. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, spotless, and well looked after. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the place clean and cosy, and it really shows.
